Vendor Guidelines & Expectations

- Each vendor will receive a 10ft x 10ft booth space to set up and showcase your business.

- Please bring your own pop-up tent to cover your space.

- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, displays, chairs, and any additional setup items needed.

- Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own booths.

- While we’re excited to host you, the event team is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged tents, merchandise, equipment, or personal items.

- All vendor registration fees are non-refundable.

- The only exception to refunds will be if vendors are unable to set up due to extreme weather, as determined by event leadership.

- This is a rain or shine event, so please plan accordingly.

- In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, our team will make the final decision regarding event adjustments.

- Each vendor registration includes two (2) complimentary tickets to the Rise Up Women’s Conference.

- There must be a completed registration form and payment, in order to be an official vendor.
